She is a very caring and devoted tutor. Knowing that I would be attending culinary school in Paris, she built a few lessons that incorporated kitchen/cooking vocabulary. She has been a patient tutor who has challenged me. I love that she lets me try to figure out problems and sentences on my own. If I have trouble understanding anything, she will find ways to clarify it for me. I almost wish I wasn't going to France, just so I can continue learning from Madame Eglal. Madame, merci pour tout!
